I'm the only child in my family. So what's been happening during my 27 years here on Earth? I attend schools like most other kids out there. I have been really lucky to have a grreat bunch of friends from my secondary school or high school days. Although it's been 10 over years since we graduated, we have kept in touch frequently and still go out very so often.

In fact, they are the ones whom I have gone on several overseas trips with in the recent years. I'm really glad that we treasure each other and I hope that we will continue to be great friends. After 2 years of college, I like many othe males in Singapore had to serve in the militray for our nation. I can't really say i enjoy every moment of it but I definitely can remember the fonder parts of it. After two and half years in the military, I continued my studies in the university. So now, I am currently doing my Masters degree majoring in Microbiology and am hoping to further my studies. What is the world is Microbiology? It's the study of microorganisms. Why? Cos' I'm intrigued by the fact that we are perpetually surrounded with millions or even billions of them everyday as well as their amazing ability to adapt to a ever-changing environment.

After my Masters degree, I'll be heading off to Sydney for my medical studies which if nothing goes wrong will take me 4 years. I'm really looking forward to this opportunity to study abroad. I will miss my friends and family while I'm there though. Sob... Sob...
